Shipping Coverage

Chuniverse ships internationally. We deliver to customers worldwide from our warehouse in Thailand.

Delivery Timeline

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery
Standard International Shipping 7-14 business days
Express International Shipping 3-7 business days
Thailand Domestic - Standard 2-5 business days
Thailand Domestic - Express 1-2 business days

Processing Time: In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Pre-order items ship within 30-45 days (maximum 60 days including shipping).

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer:

  • Free standard shipping on qualifying orders (see checkout for details)
  • Express shipping available at an additional cost
  • Exact shipping costs displayed before payment

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number is provided via email once your order is dispatched
  • Track your order on our website or the courier's website
  • Contact us if you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days of ordering

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations
  • These charges are the responsibility of the buyer
  • Chuniverse is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing
  • Please check your country's import regulations before ordering

  • Thailand Post (for economy shipping)
  • Other local carriers depending on destination

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment
  • Contact us via email with your order number to request cancellation
  • Refund processed within 3-5 business days
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned (see our Return & Refund Policy)

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us
  • We will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution
  • If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund
  • If a package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 7 days
