Return Policy

Return Eligibility

You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • Product is defective or damaged
  • Wrong item was sent
  • Size doesn't fit (for unused, unworn items only)

Return Conditions

Products must meet these conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Unworn and unused (no signs of wear)
  • Original packaging and tags intact
  • All accessories included
  • Receipt or proof of purchase provided

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products worn or used outdoors
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective)
  • Custom-made or personalized orders

How to Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item
  2. Wait for return authorization and return address from our team
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us (keep the tracking number)
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or wrong items: We cover the return shipping cost
  • Change of mind / size exchange: Customer covers return shipping

Refund Policy

Refund Timeline

  • Approved returns: Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Cancelled orders: Refund processed within 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: May take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund to card (7-14 business days)
  • Bank Transfer: Refund to your bank account (3-7 business days)
  • PayPal: Refund to PayPal account (3-5 business days)

Refund Amount

  • Full product price refunded for defective or wrong items
  • Shipping fees refunded only if we made an error
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be granted if:

  • Item is returned with missing accessories
  • Item shows signs of minor use
  • Packaging is damaged (but product is intact)

Exchange Policy

Size Exchange

  • Available within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unworn and in original condition
  • Customer covers return shipping
  • We cover the new shipment to you
  • Subject to stock availability

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us to request an exchange
  2. Return the original item following the return process above
  3. Once received, we ship the new size to you
  4. No additional payment required if the price is the same
  5. Price difference will be charged or refunded if applicable

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  1. Take photos of the defect or damage immediately
  2. Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos
  3. We will arrange a free return pickup or provide a return label
  4. Choose a replacement or full refund
  5. Replacement shipped within 3-5 business days
  6. Refund processed within 5-7 business days
